 "Return Policy" Any request to return merchandise will be allowed or disallowed at Comfort Depot discretion. Please contact our customer service department and request a return goods authorization number. Without prior authorization, return merchandise will be refused when delivered to our warehouse. All merchandise returned must be shipped pre-paid in its original packaging and is subject to a 25% restocking charge. All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving authorization. No returns will be allowed on products that have been installed, no exceptions.
